Digital products

VersoVista sells downloadable digital products. Product pages describe the available format, price and included files. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, no physical item is shipped.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order where required for fraud prevention, pricing errors, duplicate transactions, legal compliance or inability to provide the purchased product.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the digital product according to the License Terms. Unless a product states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, sublicense or claim the work as your own.

Intellectual property

VersoVista branding, website design, text and digital products remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership in the underlying work.

Availability and compatibility

We aim to keep downloads available and product information accurate, but compatibility depends on your software and device. You are responsible for using software capable of opening the format identified on the product page.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. If local consumer law gives you mandatory rights, those rights prevail over conflicting parts of these terms.
