Digital-download purchases

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after access or download where applicable law permits that limitation. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.

When we will review a refund or replacement

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The purchased file is materially defective, corrupt or cannot be accessed and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The delivered product materially differs from the product description.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

14-Day VIP Satisfaction Guarantee

VERSOVISTA VIP memberships include a voluntary 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the membership is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of the initial VIP purchase and we will review your request for a refund of that initial membership charge. This commercial guarantee is separate from, and does not reduce, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

VIP can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Access continues according to the membership and subscription status shown in My Library.

Email support@versovista.com with your order number, ebook title and a clear description of the issue. For technical problems, please allow us a reasonable opportunity to provide a working file or access solution.

European and other statutory digital-content rights

Some jurisdictions provide specific cancellation, conformity or remedy rights for digital content. Where a lawful waiver of a withdrawal right requires express consent before immediate delivery, the checkout process should obtain that consent. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.
