Information we collect

We may collect information you provide during checkout or account creation, including your name, email address, billing details, order history and support messages. For Free Library accounts, we also store the download-allowance state needed to apply the two-download rolling 24-hour limit. If you choose to receive reading recommendations or VIP updates, we store that marketing preference so you can change it later in My Library. We may also receive technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, referral source and site activity through standard web, security and analytics tools.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment providers made available at checkout. VersoVista does not need to store your full payment-card number. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy terms.

How we use information

• Process orders and provide digital downloads.
• Maintain accounts and purchase history.
• Respond to support requests and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the website, catalog and customer experience.
• Send marketing communications only where permitted and with an available unsubscribe method.

Cookies and service providers

The site uses necessary cookies and similar storage for cart, checkout, My Library, account, security and session functions. Optional analytics or advertising storage remains disabled unless you choose to allow it through the Privacy Choices banner. You can reopen those choices later from the site. Hosting, ecommerce, payment, email, analytics and security providers may process limited information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting and support. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
