This page explains how VersoVista delivers purchased digital editions and what to do if you have an access problem.

Delivery
Eligible downloadable products are made available after successful payment. Download links may appear on the order confirmation page, in the order email and in My Library where account access is enabled for that product.
Formats
Each product page states the format or formats included with the purchase. A product may contain PDF, EPUB or both. You are responsible for using compatible software or devices.
Access and link security
Download links are intended for the purchaser and may use protected delivery controls. Do not publish or share download URLs. VersoVista may limit or revoke access when there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud or a refunded transaction, subject to applicable law.
If a download fails
Try another browser or device and confirm that your device supports the listed file format. If the problem continues, contact support@versovista.com with your order number and the error you see.
Backups
Customers should keep a personal backup of legally purchased files. Continued account access is offered where configured but should not be treated as a substitute for your own backup unless a product expressly promises permanent cloud storage.
