Refund Policy
Digital products are delivered differently from physical goods, so refund requests are reviewed under the rules below and applicable consumer law.

Digital-download purchases
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after access or download where applicable law permits that limitation. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.
When we will review a refund or replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The purchased file is materially defective, corrupt or cannot be accessed and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The delivered product materially differs from the product description.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Email support@versovista.com with your order number, ebook title and a clear description of the issue. For technical problems, please allow us a reasonable opportunity to provide a working file or access solution.
European and other statutory digital-content rights
Some jurisdictions provide specific cancellation, conformity or remedy rights for digital content. Where a lawful waiver of a withdrawal right requires express consent before immediate delivery, the checkout process should obtain that consent. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.
